Pre-order your beef for fall delivery. We slaughter a limited number of cows in October each year and they are sold on a first come basis with deposit. A whole beef is approx. 280 lbs of cut and wrapped edible meat, a half is approx. 140lbs, and a quarter is approx. 70lbs. The price is $9.95/lb, Our "quarters" are a mixed box of roasts and steaks from the entire cow plus stew meat and lean ground beef.
